Anushka Pinto, Trustee, GIST has been involved with the Social Sector for more than 2 decades, she was formerly India Operation’s Head at ‘The Climate Project’ (founded by former US Vice President & Nobel Laureate Al Gore) and then COO at GIST Advisory.
Anushka is an MSc. in Environmental Policy & Regulation from the London School of Economics, she has worked in Mumbai & London in legal practice having earned post-graduate and graduate degrees in law in the UK where she was a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
P. Yesuthasen

P. Yesuthasen, Trustee, GIST, is a Consultant in Foreign Exchange and Exchange Control, and serves on the Boards of a Private sector bank, a Belgian software company and a garment export company. Earlier, he was also on the International and India Boards of a Geneva based, Church related Micro Finance Company and is a member of the Belgian Lions Trust that runs a Children's Home.
In the early 1990s, Mr. Yesuthasen initiated a number of developments in the regulation of the Forex market as the Deputy Controller in the Reserve Bank of India. P. Yesuthasen holds an MBA in Finance from Class Business School, London.
Satya S. Tripathi
TRUSTEE
Satya S. Tripathi is a lawyer, a development economist, and a former member of the All India Services. He has served with the UN since 1998 in leadership positions in Europe, Asia and Africa spanning a broad range of tasks pertaining to Climate Change, Disaster Recovery, Human Rights, Economic Governance and Natural Resources Management.
He is currently the Chief Executive of the US$ 1 Billion Tropical Landscapes Finance Facility, established by UN Environment, ICRAF, BNP Paribas and ADM Capital to leverage ‘private finance for public good’ and achieve transformative social and environmental impact in Indonesia. As Senior Adviser on 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at UN Environment, inter alia, he leads the efforts to establish similar facilities in India and other developing countries.
A Senior Distinguished Fellow on Natural Resources Governance at the World Agroforestry Centre, Mr. Tripathi also currently serves on the Advisory Councils of the Global REDD+ Academy and the Natural Capital Declaration.
